Is ADAH.CO jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes. Our pieces are made on a stainless steel base and are nickel-free, which is why they suit most people with sensitive skin. If you have a known metal allergy, check the material list on each product page before ordering.
Is the jewelry anti-tarnish?
Our pieces are made with an anti-tarnish finish designed to hold their colour and shine through everyday wear. Like all plated jewelry, how long it stays perfect depends a little on how you treat it — our Jewelry Care page has the short version.
Is the jewelry water-resistant?
Yes. You don’t need to take your pieces off to wash your hands, get caught in the rain, shower or swim. We only suggest drying them afterwards to keep the finish looking its best.
What materials do you use?
Most pieces are made on a stainless steel base with a gold or silver finish. Some styles add pearls, cubic zirconia or crystals. Every product page lists exactly what that piece is made of.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Wipe pieces with a soft dry cloth after wearing, keep them apart from each other when stored, and put jewelry on after perfume, lotion or hairspray. Full guidance is on the Jewelry Care page.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is 3–7 business days, express is 1–3 business days. You’ll get tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery usually takes 7–14 business days. Any customs or import fees are set by your country and paid at delivery.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn pieces in their original packaging for a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned unopened.
